Greetings!

I hope everyone is doing well! I’m back with another episode and to talk about some of the mechanics of this game.

Last video, we met a lively young tadpole (who didn’t quite look like one) by the name of Mallow from Tadpole Pond. He currently is on an errand for his Grandfather, but that journey was hampered when a purple, speedy crocodile snatched an important coin from him.

Mario decides to assist Mallow in retrieving his coin from the speedy croc. Chasing that thief down isn’t going to be easy with him being so fast. Will Mario and Mallow be able to retrieve the coin?

    Salutations!

    Have you ever heard of a game called Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars for the Super Nintendo? Well I have and it is quite a heck of a game. Created in 1996, with the help of Squaresoft, it combines Super Mario platforming elements with role playing game elements. What’s more, Mario moves in more than two dimensions! With a wonderful story line, the first plot involving stars, amazing music and awesome battles it is sure to keep you hooked.

Top 10 Soundtracks: Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars

Now who would have seen this game coming? Mario had done pretty well as a platformer and now he’s going to level up?! If anyone had concerns about the quality of the game, seeing Square as the developer should have solved all that. Square just makes some of the best (and worst) RPGs ever, but in any event, it also houses some of the best composers. In this case, Yoko Shimomura was chosen for the task.
